Incredible design hotel in the perfect location in Belgrade - easy stroll to anywhere and options for eating and drinking all around. Very nice to be able to nip across the road to the park too. Super comfortable room - lovely bed and great TV. People had complained about the soap, rather than having liquid toiletries, but we liked the soap and it was replaced daily. Perhaps conditioner would have been good, but we had our own. Facilities very good - we used the gym, which was small, yet well equipped for a short workout. Rooftop is a big plus...great space for evening drinks or coffee (the falafel snack was 10/10) Excellent value coming from the UK!

Very comfortable room and bed with great city views, but also quiet. Blackout curtains always a bonus. Good buffet breakfast. Quirky decor. Wonderful city views from the restaurant terrace. Helpful staff. Central location.

We enjoyed everything! The rooms are beautifully furnished and adequately spacious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and open-minded. A issue that arose during our stay was professionally and satisfactorily resolved. The breakfast is diverse and delicious. The restaurant offers superbly tasty food prepared in an open kitchen. The bar provides a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There are designated smoking and non-smoking areas in the restaurant and bar. Our room had a fantastic view! We are grateful for the wonderful time we had at the hotel! I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone who has an open mindset and good taste! We will be back!

Staff are awesome, they dress and feel so youngish. This is a very friendly hotel. Location is great- located above a very lovely mall, and around the shopping streets with lots and lots of stores. At Christmas there are markets down the hotel with music and lots of nice people. There's everything you need. Room is very large, very cute, tide, cleaned, very youngish, Supermarket down the mall and a Starbucks! That's all a human needs XD. Staff are very very nice and friendly, attentive, smiley, always so polite. I can talk about them all day, but you just have to be there to understand. BTW, you should try their Chocolate Soufflé, it's very delicious, I ate 2.

Mama Shelter was such a fun hotel to stay in while in Belgrade. Perfect location, welcoming staff (especially Alex at reception), and hip bar and restaurant (with great food and drinks). Breakfast was also very delicious with lots of options.

The location cannot be more central, right on the main pedestrian Knez Mihajlova, a stone throw away from Kalemegdan. The rooms are very clean, nicely furnished and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The bar/restaurant is a great hangout place not only for guests, but also for locals. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic, with a wide choice of traditional and international freshly prepared food. Not the first, and not the last time to stay here, either.

Very interesting interior, friendly staff, loved the restaurant. Easy to find if you know that it should be in the mall. Great location - in the old town. Not too much variety for breakfast, but excellent quality and taste, special thanks for the Local corner - really great idea and I liked it a lot! I didn't spend too much time in Serbia to try all this food and it's excellent that Mama Shelter gave me a chance to do it)

Easy check-in, comfort, the location was what I needed, especially since I ran a marathon and it took me just a few minutes to get there from the finish line. The staff was very helpful in helping me locate the missing trousers :)
