We stayed at the hotel, three people for four nights. On the first day, we arrived after midnight and were hungry, but everything in the area was closed. The receptionist was kind enough to check with her colleague to order food for us using a local app, and they even agreed to pay until I could exchange for local currency. The hotel is in an excellent location on Knez Mihailova, above a shopping mall with cafes, restaurants, and shops. The room we received was very spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. The entire hotel were very friendly and willing to assist with everything. On the last day, the airline announced a delay, so the flight was scheduled to depart late at night. After I approached the reception, they arranged another room for me until my departure time to the airport and offered a significant discount for the room. In conclusion, an excellent hotel that we will definitely return to.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

About location was the best specially that the hotel connected directly to the TC Rajiceva shopping center ( supermarket , pharmacy , restaurants , cafe and many other clothing stores and kids indoor playing area ) plus when you walk outside the hotel its connected to the famous walking shopping street Kneza Mihaila street . there is also a beautiful park kalemegdan near by but in the other side of the hotel. About Room was very good in size , ( for toilet you have to bring your own personal shampoo conditioner and shower gel) i tried the room service food ( pizza was very good ) the atmosphere of the hotel in the lobby was very funky style modern and nice for family ( reading corner i have not checked the books i expect it in different language / mini arcade and TVs with Cartoon for kids in the breakfast area . About the Breakfast was excellent choices fresh food and helpful staff.

My second stay at Mam's Shelter in Belgrade was just as fun and pleasant as the first time. Location of the hotel is top. Literally! It's simply hard to beat the wonderful views of Belgrade from the terrace. Especially while you are enjoying a cocktail or any other drink that you desire. Restaurant offers decent selection of dishes as well as pizzas. The baristas know how to pull a good shot of espresso petty much any time of the day. Since I was in a hurry in the morning I found the breakfast buffet not only convenient but also delicious. Hotel's gym is another gem since it's positioned in such a way that you can enjoy the view of a Kalemegdan park across the street. Lastly, the staff is kind , attentive and helpful. I can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Mama Shelter has a very good position, being situated on the main street of Belgrade, having easy access to the main park of the city, the old town, and the commercial center it is connected with. The room was big, the view was nice, and the staff was always smiling and eager to help. I must also add that the breakfast area and the breakfast itself were a very nice experience.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant.
